By booking a service with Irie Shine Property Care ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
We provide residential exterior cleaning services including:

Bin cleaning
-
Pressure washing (driveways, patios, walkways, concrete)

Exterior house washing

Window cleaning
-
Sanding and sealing for concrete and patio surfaces
Add-on services may be offered at an additional cost and will be agreed upon before service delivery.
2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are confirmed once a date and time are agreed upon via phone, email, or online form.

A minimum service charge may apply depending on location and job type.

Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, e-transfer, and credit card (processed through a secure third-party platform).

A $10 handling fee will apply to any bins with excess waste or debris not emptied before cleaning.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Services canceled due to weather will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
4. Property Access & Safety

The customer is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the service area at the scheduled time.

If access is blocked or unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule and a call-out fee may apply.

Irie Shine Property Care is not responsible for damage to property resulting from pre-existing issues such as cracked concrete, loose siding, or deteriorated surfaces.
5. Liability & Damages

While we take great care to deliver quality service, Irie Shine Property Care is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including discoloration, pre-existing surface damage, or delays caused by weather or uncontrollable events.

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known material sensitivities or areas of concern prior to the start of service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue.
7. Use of Photos & Testimonials
With your permission, we may take before/after photos of your service area for marketing purposes. These images will never reveal your address or identity without your consent.
8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the new terms.
