Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 23, 2025

At Irie Shine Property Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to deliver high-quality service every time. However, we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service adjustments may be offered.

 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to:

  • Revisit and re-clean the affected area, OR

  • Offer a reasonable partial refund based on the issue

We do not offer full refunds for services already rendered unless there is a proven case of negligence or failure to deliver what was agreed upon.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be refunded in full (if prepaid)

  • If you are not home or access is blocked at the time of service, we may charge a $25 call-out fee or deduct it from your refund.

Prepaid Packages & Promotions

  • Any unused portion of prepaid services may be refunded upon request, minus any completed service fees.

  • Promotional services are non-refundable once rendered and cannot be exchanged for cash value.

Damage or Service Issues

If you believe our service caused damage to your property, you must report it within 24 hours with photo evidence. We will review the concern, assess responsibility, and offer a resolution based on our Terms & Conditions.
